Seminar on Wills and Estate Planning

STATE BAR FOUNDATION TO SPONSOR FREE SEMINAR ON

WILLS AND ESTATE PLANNING

 

            Where there's a will-there's a family provided for by a thoughtful loved one.  

As a public service, the New Jersey State Bar Foundation presents a free public seminar on wills and estate planning on Thursday, June 4, 2009, 7-9 p.m., at the New Jersey Law Center, One Constitution Square off Ryders Lane in New Brunswick.   

Topics of discussion include wills and trusts, gift and tax planning, New Jersey probate procedures, power of attorney, living wills, federal estate tax and New Jersey inheritance tax.  A question-and-answer period follows the presentations.

Guest speakers are Brian Reynolds and John R. Haggerty, both attorneys with the Murray Hill law firm of Mantell & Prince.

Admitted to practice in New Jersey and New York, Mr. Reynolds specializes in estate planning, business and transactional tax planning and estate administration.  He graduated cum laude from York College of Pennsylvania, received his law degree from cum laude from New York Law School and holds a Master of Law in Taxation degree from New York University School of Law.

Mr. Haggerty specializes in estate planning, business and transactional tax planning and estate administration.   He is licensed to practice law in New Jersey and is a certified public accountant licensed to practice in Pennsylvania.  A cum laude graduate of Seton Hall University School of Law, he also holds degrees from Lehigh University and New York University School of Law.
