A partner with the law firm of Rabinowitz, Lubetkin & Tully in Livingston, Tully handles general civil, commercial and bankruptcy matters in federal, bankruptcy and state courts.
Tully has been on the Foundation Board of Trustees since 1995 and is past chair of its Law-Related Education Committee. She also serves on the Foundation’s Program Development Committee and Personnel Committee. Tully is a former member of the Board of Trustees of the Essex County Bar Association and chair of its Debtor/Creditor Committee as well as its Law Day Programs Committee. She is also a former Master and Assistant Director of the American Bankruptcy Inn of Court, a former member of the Lawyers Advisory Committee and is a certified mediator for the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Jersey.
Tully is a former president of the Essex Women Lawyers Association and also served as a member of its Board of Trustees. A 1995 recipient of the Essex County Bar Association Pro Bono Achievement Award, the 2001 Hyacinth AIDS Foundation Award for Outstanding Pro Bono Service, the 2003 Essex County Volunteer Lawyer for Justice Award for Outstanding Volunteer Services and the 2005 Volunteer Lawyers for Justice Attorney of the Year Award, Tully is a volunteer for both the Hyacinth AIDS Foundation and Volunteer Lawyers for Justice.
Tully is a graduate of College Misericordia in Dallas, Pennsylvania and received her law degree cum laude, from New York Law School.
