The New Jersey State Bar Foundation is the charitable and philanthropic entity of the New Jersey State Bar Association that provides a wide variety of free law-related education services to the public. Our seminars, publications, and video loan library offer information on many legal topics such as wills, landlord-tenant, divorce, real estate, taxes, retirement planning and health care. The Foundation's Law and Disability Conferences, co-sponsored with the Community Health Law Project and the Institute for Continuing Legal Education, on the rights of persons with disabilities have been nationally recognized.
The New Jersey State Bar Association is the state's largest association providing programs and services to the legal profession. Through education, member benefits, networking, and section, division and committee memberships, NJSBA members influence the formation of legislative policy, advance professionally, and share in the voice of the state's largest association of legal professionals. There are discounts available for Institute for Continuing Legal Education programs, ABA Law Practice Management books, computerized legal research and insurance plans; and the annual and mid-year meetings offer opportunities for networking, learning and socializing.
