Legalities television series host, Sandra A. Bolden-Cunningham, Executive Director of the Hudson County Bar Association examines a variety of issues about the lifestyles of the community and the laws of the state.

"Current News In The Law Profession" - Attorneys Maureen Mantineo and William O. Perkins Jr. explore Megan's Law, how offenders may be able to return to society and the tier structure which determines the transition. Other topics include gun advocacy, profiling and right to privacy.

"Domestic Violence" - Attorneys Judith O. Bielan and Eileen Tulipan discuss with attorney co-host Robert E. Margulies the legal definition of domestic violence which includes murder, stalking, harassment and battery. Also highlighted in this program is The Act for Prevention of Violence under New Jersey Law. The procedures for and importance of filing a complaint are also discussed.

"Elected Officials Who Are Lawyers" - Democratic Assemblyman, Joseph Charles Jr. and State Senator Ed O'Connor Jr. discuss the common issues of both government sections. The elected officials also review how laws are passed by the legislature.

"Hochberg v Silber" - Hon. Faith S. Hochberg, U.S. Attorney for the District of New Jersey, and attorney Alan Silber discuss the court system at the federal and state levels. Topics include how cases are handled in the federal court and what is governed by federal statutes.

"Hudson County Justice System" - Attorney Robert E. Margulies co-hosts this show. Glenn Cunningham, Director, Dept. of Public Safety and Verna Leath, Deputy Public Defender examine the justice system of Hudson County.

"The Law And The Permit Process" - Tax abatement a.k.a. P.I.L.O.T. (payment in lieu of tax) is the topic discussed by attorneys Brian C. Doherty and William J. Netchert in this program.

"Lawyer Referral" - Attorneys Timothy K. Madden and Ralph J. Lamparello give an overview of the lawyer referral service. The role of the Public Defenders Office, Legal Services and legal clinics are highlighted in this show.

"Quality Of Life" - Guest attorneys Eugene P. O'Connell and Thomas S. Fodice join co-host Robert E. Margulies in a discussion about the quality of life. The living conditions in urban areas and the legal issues are examined in this program.

"Street Crime" - Attorneys Steven L. Menaker and Cynthia D. Jackson discuss with co-host Robert E. Margulies what constitutes a violent crime, how violence has escalated since the mid-sixties and what may determine manslaughter vs. murder charges.

"Women In The Law Profession" - This program looks at some of the challenges that female attorneys encounter. Attorneys Yanira Zavala and Cynthia D. Jackson share some of their professional and personal experiences.

"Zoning vs Variances" - Co-host Robert Margulies and guest attorneys William J. Netchert and Richard Campisano explain the definitions of zoning, variances, sub-division, and encroaching. In addition, the panelists discuss the importance of knowing property worth, what implication does renting have on a homeowner, and how taxes and safety ordinances factor into multiple dwelling.
