Can Good Sportsmanship Be Legislated?

Sportsmanship While today's youthful amateur athletes may practice this sentiment, it seems their parents and coaches don't always adhere to the same standard. In most cases you would find yourself being sent to the principal's office or receiving an F for the assignment. But if the New Jersey Legislature passes a proposed law, students will be able to refuse to complete a class assignment without getting into trouble.


A Burning Question: Protect the Flag or the U.S. Constitution?

Flag Burning Old Glory, the Stars and Stripes-the American flag has many names and some groups think burning it should be a crime. Others see the burning of our flag as a right protected under the First Amendment to the U.S. Constitution.
